Reset Practice Co at Rigs Recovery
Our onsite Osteopaths from Reset Practice Co are committed to educating & empowering their clients to reset their bodies by learning to move, breathe & stabilise in alignment with how we were designed to, in conjunction with osteopathic manual therapy.
They assist clients with chronic pain or recurring injuries, address the source of their issue or weakness from a ‘global’ perspective, and work together to find a long term, effective solution by transforming their posture, alignment, movement, breathing & stability.
