Another gorgeous morning with COOPER CHAPMAN + CLEO MASSEY

Last week we rose with the sun for a morning of connection and activities.

We kicked things off at North Burleigh SLSC with a choice of 2 sessions - sunrise yoga session hosted by Xen OR a morning trot led by LSKD athletes Tommy and Vanessa.

We all then came together for a mindfulnes and gratitude session led by Cleo Massey (Pass Around The Smile) and Cooper Chapman (The Good Human Factory).

Thanks so much to our partners for coming down to showcase their product range and provide some giveaways and samples to the early morning crew.
