How it works
For your body
Recover faster with our NormaTec Compression Boots. Relax as compressed air deeply massages your legs to enhance blood flow. This helps to flush out depleted blood cells and move lactic acid, speed up recovery times and encourage lymphatic drainage – great for anyone training regularly, recovering from injury or working on your feet all day.
Plus, release tight muscles and recover like the pros with our Hyperice massage guns, foam rollers and massage balls. All of the traditional benefits of recovery equipment – amplified with percussion and vibration technology to boost their healing power and melt away tension. Our Hyperice technology is exclusively available at our Bundall Centre.
For your mind
Life is busy. Spending 30–45 minutes in our compression suite will not only speed up your physical recovery but help you to unwind, decrease stress and relieve anxiety.
We recommend finishing off your compression session with a soak in our magnesium contrast water therapy pools.

What is a magnesium pool? Our contrast water therapy magnesium pools differ from a regular swimming pool. They are designed specifically to treat a variety of conditions and elevate your recovery and wellbeing. The concept of hot and cold contrast therapy involves alternating between the hot and cold magnesium pools. It’s this contrast of temperature that causes your blood vessels to constrict and expand which increases blood circulation and reduces inflammation. The rapid blood flow carries extra oxygen and nutrients to your muscles to assist with repair, decrease pain and also increase your metabolism. Additionally, magnesium in the water is absorbed through your skin which helps to regulate optimal magnesium stores in your body – this further aids in muscle recovery; reducing soreness and inflammation.
