This depends on your lifestyle and health goals. For general health and function we recommend using the cryotherapy 1-2 times per week for optimum tissue healing and repair and mental clarity and productivity. For those that have heavy physical jobs or training schedules it is recommended to use the cryotherapy 2-3 times per week to help with overall tissue inflammation and speed up recovery and healing times.
Children between 12-14 need adult supervision and we don't allow children under 12 years of age to use our full body cryotherapy.

It is most commonly used as an effective recovery tool following an activity, however evidence has shown that the full body cryotherapy can be really beneficial the day before an event as well.
